So far enjoying this washer and the fact that I can put my clothes in and they are getting a better wash and there is no agitator to ruin my clothes. Read some of the reviews about people doing a deep wash and the Machine leaking and I haven't tried that yet and probably won't try it it defeats the purpose of buying this washer if you were going to be wanting to do a deep wash. This is designed to save water and not use a lot of water if you use a deep wash it does use a lot of water so if you are a person who wants to do deep wash you should buy a regular washer
