Not worth it

Maybe other people will have a better experience with this thing, but for me, it was not worth the hassle of purchase, attempt to use, then return the thing. I have a Kyocera brigadier with a hard case, and no matter how i placed it on the device, no charge. It would charge the phone without the case, but that's too much of a hassle to be worth not just plugging it in.

So, this external hard drive is nice, except that it wasn't just a plug and play deal. After I brought it home, I unpacked it and plugged it into my HP laptop with Windows 10. Nothing, laptop didn't even know I plugged it in. Did some searching online, decided to update hardware signatures. Did the trick. Every time the computer updates, I have to do this for the drive to work. A good n inconvenience, but I can deal with it.
