Previously owned a massive harman Kardan Soundbar with dates integration (ie no remote). Upgraded and am pleased with the 3.0 set up ! Sound is a bit dainty vs. my previous set up but much easier to use with my vizio led.

The Beats headphones were half off and I thought I had acquried a real steal of a price. I am amidst a securities training and needed peace and quiet at work but did not want to speak $300 on the Bose model. Unfortunately, the "noise cancelling" feature is just a ominent hiss. It's laughable how terribly ineffective this feature is. It ruins classical music. You are unable to hear nuances because of the non-stop hiss. I will be returning these. Spend the extra money and buy the Bose. The demonstration in the store was incredible!
