Both purchases with Best Buy and Gamestop a like have yielded controllers that have lasted approximately 3 weeks to 4 weeks before they start to drift or trigger weakening. Assisted by Best Buy on return already, it lasted only two weeks. Current control is one week and I'm closely watching it. Thank Goodness for Best Buys insurance program!

Just received my battery pack, plugged into xbox for few hours and light indicator does not light up. Does this mean I received bad batteries or charger led indicator not working? I tried it on remote controller and turned on but didn't use it. Just wondering if this has happened to others with the led indicator? thanks
Yes. I believe u have a bad product. I too am having "quality issues". The batteries don't take a charge well. But I still recommend them cuz it's a pain purchasing batteries all the time.

will the batterys work with the elite controller
YES.. definitely. . However, the Insignia tower batteries NO. They won't fit with the battery cover that has an opening so the batteries can touch the tower and charge.
