Works with my old Sony analog

I bought this to use with my old Sony analog until we decide what we want to do regarding a new TV and satellite or cable connections. It is effective about 98% of the time. I have it near a window but when someone is walking around on the level above me in my house it may drop the signal. All in all it was worth the money.

Has anyone had trouble with snagging?
It has ruined a shirt as well as snagged new sheets.
I have not had this issue but snagging sounds as if there is a burr on the inside of the drum. I would ask the manufacturer to send a representative out to inspect the inside of the drum.
