These batteries looked to be in good condition, but after opening they were actually kind of chewed up on the edges. With the Duracell label peeling and chipping away at the edges. They were still in usable condition and worked

It works perfectly. I literally have it at my front door and the sensor never picks us up as we walk by. We both love it so far. Remember to buy 4 DD batteries or the power extension cord. How that cord isn't included is pretty sad.
