Audio quality/clarity is excellent - the oversized ear pieces actually cancel out any background sound (though they are a bit bulky). Microphone seems to work well. I also appreciate that it comes with an adapter that allows it to connect to either a split mic/audio port, or the single multi-port.

For the price, this stand is pretty solid. The legs extend and nearly double the height, and they keep it stable (at least with a smaller camera). The tilt adjustment ("locking ball head") does work, but it takes some time to sort out the adjustments. There are plenty of other more versatile stands for professional application, but for a simple and quick setup, it works fine.

This camera is an easy setup, and works well for our purposes - we use it for webinars for our business and broadcast a room full of people. Good quality picture, pretty fast capture, wide viewing angle. It has limited zooming/panning (it's mostly just isolating and magnifying part of the picture), so it's best applied in a fixed position - atop a screen/monitor. Sound capture is very good with decent range.

This edition has only one short extras package, which isn't that great... if you're looking for a host of other bonus features, you may want to pick up another version.
