lint trap scatters lint

I much prefer lint trap in bottom front, below door, not on top where lint scatters every time lint trap is cleaned - also cut my finger pretty good when cleaning it first time.

Water is not Filling????
No matter what cycle, or how much or little of laundry I have in, it still fills to the same amount.Is this normal? After it fills and starts washing, I stop it and look in and my clothes are never covered with water. Is that normal? Deep water cycle is it suppose to fill all the way up? Please help me!!!
I had the same problem & exchanged it for different brand with 'normal' water levels within the 14 days required for exchange.
