It's a Watch That Vibrates and Sends Alerts

Soooo...Apple Watch.
I've never been a big fan of watches, as a rule; with the advent of smart phones, there's really rarely been a time when I've needed one. Now, with the Apple Watch, I have a very expensive watch that vibrates and can tell me to...go look at my phone.
For anyone who's ever taken a Intro to Communication course, one of the first lessons you should learn is that, when having a conversation with someone or with a group of friends, it is very disconcerting when someone keeps looking at their watch. It implies that their company is boring, and that they just want you to hurry up and leave, so they can get on with their lives.
This is the biggest downfall of the Apple Watch. Rather than an actual watch, whose function is only to tell time (usually), the Apple Watch largely serves to drag you away from what you're doing as it constantly begs your attention. Your phone gets a notification and it vibrates, after which your watch receives the SAME notification, and it vibrates, as well.
Essentially, outside of the Activity app and Apple Pay, it's pretty much worthless, and HARDLY a tool that Apple insists will become central to our lives.
So, if you don't mind annoying people by constantly looking at your watch, this is the watch for you!
