Absolutely terrible customer service at Ring. The company could careless about correcting issues. I ended up returning product. They blamed it on Best Buy bc the one I bought was supposed to be pulled off of the shelves due to a recall but wasn’t. They wouldn’t work with me to fix it. Best Buy only offers a 15 day window to try the product before losing the ability to return for a full cash back refund. Not enough typing space to lay out the whole story. Was a terrible experience.
