Never used Roku tv. Is the Roku set up already? And what does it give me access to? I realize I need Internet but do I need anything else to actually watch all the channels Roku offers?

There is a USB input on the television & I have used a firestick on mine, along with regular thumb drives.

I need to be able to place this TV on top of an existing sound platform. What is the distance between the legs?
