1. Online ordering - FAIL ( No one reads what you write in the comments section of the order. They show up and then say can’t install it on any floor that is not the first and need 4 people. 4 man job they say need verbal confirmation for appointments , why have an online system then )
2. Resheduling Appointment- FAIL ( 13days + 5days to install a fridge and washer dryer ? how are you still in business ? )
3. Returns - FAIL ( System is so broken it processes return of appliances to billing instead of delivery address )
4. In service appointment - FAIL ( Appointment window 12-4, your men show up at 9:00PM, after 3 phone calls to your call center. )
5. Payment Refund - FAIL ( Returns only for items was refunded and services which you didnt provide another phone call with a 10 minute wait )
6. Call center - FAIL ( minimum 2 transfers to talk to any one who can do something )
