I love my new washer. It is not a front loader so I don't have to bend down to take out the clothes. However, if you are a short person you might have difficulty grabbing clothes from inside. Fits big, bulky items well.

What's not so great: Occasionally gives error message that it is not balanced. Could be my fault!
