Good, but could be better

The technicians called me before their coming and arrived on time. They were polite and answered questions. They installed the new washing machine and took out the old one. But they had a big trouble to take out the shipping bolts, it took them at least 15 minutes. Finally they used a big force to take the bolts out. I don't know whether Samsung makes such stupid bolts or there is a smart way to get them out as shown online. Also they should leave the shipping bolts to the user for possible future moving, as I read the owner' manual later. It may cause a big problem in future if I move with the machine. Finally, they should leave all unused parts coming with the washer to the user, such as hose guide, etc., unless the user doesn't want them.

Love it so far

I bough it to replace my 15 year old front loading washer. It is much more morden and quieter than the old one. The price is reasonable and the available features are enough for oan ordinary use. I give it four stars now because I have only use the washer twice so far. I need to get more experience on this machine.
