We have no problems using our Apple and Windows based laptops throughout the house and outside, however, the reason we purchased this was to stream music through our wireless system which we have inside and out. Unfortunately, the signal still gets dropped too often especially when we are running other electronics such as gaming systems. Not sure what to do other than choose what we want to do. Listen to music or play video games.
