If I have two tv's in two different areas of the house, do I need two of these?

Deciding between the Sony UBP-X800 or the Xbox One S, being that they're the same price. Is the 4K blu ray player in the One S on par with the Sony? Already have the original xbox one, so only considering this because they are the same price.

Question (1): Has anyone seen how well the Sony upconverts standard blu-rays compared to the Oppo? Question (2): Any suggestions from people that have this Sony paired with an Epson 5040/6040ub? If it makes a difference, I use the wireless transmitter.
I own the oppo 203 and the new 4k sony bluray player as far as I can tell both units play at the same level any dvd or bluray disc. I really can't tell you how much difference there is between both playing the same disc because the both can upscale to nearly 4k.
