This was a free add on with purchase of a new computer. I've never really been happy with the pre installed antivirus software on computers, as they are system hogs. This one is not bad though, especially for a free (for a while).

Worked at first, then died.

I bought this headset as a replacement for a Motorola that physically broke after 6months of use. This head set worked great at first, but a week after the purchase, it sounded like I was "talking in a tunnel" according to those on the other end of the line. About 2 weeks into the use if this item, the sound had gotten so bad that I had to nearly yell to be heard, and cup my hand over the whole unit to hear (kind of defeats the purpose of hands free). A little while later I chucked it in the nearest garbage can. I would suggest sending it back the second you have an issue, as Best Buy offers great customer returns if done in a timely fashion.
