These are nice, stainless-steel-braid covered hoses. They're a bit longer than I needed for my installation, at 6 feet in length, but then again, if I ever need to pull the washer out from the wall, at least I'll have plenty (!) of hose to get behind it.

We bought the dryer that goes with this washer a few months ago (our old dryer was dying, instead of DRY-ing).
My only complaint about the washer at the time was that it was front-loading, and the door kept getting in the way because of how our laundry room is arranged. Now that Whirlpool has built an HE top-loader, I don't need a front-loader for the same efficiency.
Goodbye, awkward door; hello, ease-of-loading - WITH High Efficiency.
I LOVE this machine.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

I bought TWO of these, to replace a CRASHED 6TB RAID box from a competitor. I wanted to use one as a primary, and use the other to mirror it (eventually, I'll find the software to do this automatically; for now, I do it manually). However, when I went to install the second drive, Win7 wouldn't recognize it as useable! I eventually got the OS to see the drive as available for use, but WOW! was it a total pain. The WD Utilities are NO help in this matter, either.
Other than that, I can't say enough GOOD things about these drives. Eventually, I'll be looking for bigger WD Books - but for now, 4TB will work.
