I was in awe when I saw one of the extended scenes. How could they cut such an important part out of the regular version? I was very surprised with the key. I thought it would be a cheap plastic replica. It is actually really nice.

I am past the 15 day return period, how do I get help when my Roku won't stay connected?
I have one TV that my Roku disconnects from ever couple of weeks. I think it is because of the age of the TV as I have already returned the Roku once and had the problem again and I don't have the problem on my other TVs. I found that I just have to reset the Roku stick. It has a reset button on the side and I also reset the remote at the same time.

do you need a roku stick if you have a smart tv? I'm interested in Broadway HD
I am not sure what Broadway HD is however you only need the Roku to get apps that your smart TV doesn't have. I have two smart TVs and I need the Roku to watch Sling TV and Acorn TV because those apps are not available on my smart TVs. I don't need my Roku to watch Netflix, VUDU, Hulu or Amazon because those apps are available on my smart TVs.

If plugged into TV's USB port, how long does it take to "boot" up? My USB is not powered unless the TV is on. Wanted to go this route vs. AC adapter
I have four TVs all with the Roku stick. The Roku is always on and just goes into sleep mode when I have the TV on free channels or the kids are playing PlayStation. They have never lost charge and I have three different brand TVs.

can I download google play store and down load free games like I have on my cell phone?
I don't know about the games however you can get the Google app. It is actually a default app with Roku.
