I'm short, so it's hard to get to the bottom of the tub to get items out. I miss our front loader. I don't feel like it has as much capacity as I thought because you can't fill it past a certain point. Also, after less than 90 days we had to have someone come look at it because it was making a horrible screeching noise (thank God we got the warranty). Also, when I use the fabric softner compartment & even select fabric softner on the display, when I go to load the next load, that compartment is FULL of water....no clue what the problem is there but it's always done that since day 1. Also don't like that there is no cycle specified for whites. On our old front loader it said Brightest Whites, there is nothing for Whites on this dial. I wish I would have just repaired my old front loader. :(
