London Howlin' Wolf Rarities with great Extras

I have owned the original LP since its release several decades ago and have been tempted over the years to purchase the CD, especially when an option arose with a couple of Extra Tracks. I am glad I held off, because this "Rarities Edition," which is comprised entirely of unreleased alternative versions and out-takes, is an amazing peak into the beauty of this melding of a classic, American Bllues Legend with protege English Blues Artists. I would have given it a 5th Star had there been another disc that contained the original Album, as well.

The AC works as intended

We were looking for a portable AC for a small room and, beyond thinking first of Best Buy as a resource, we had to balance price with positive reviews, along with minimal feature requirements (such as a remote). This LG seemed to meet these criteria. We have only been using it for a short time, and not yet in fiercest part of Summer, but thus far we like it very much. It was easy to install, and it is important to know that warm air released from portable PC's must be vented through a window (All materials are included.) I recommend NOT peeling adhesive from all of the foam strips that surround the window install, because removal later might be messy, AND this might also preclude their use in the following year. The controls, on both the unit and remote, are well marked and have worked well. I do find the digital temperature indicator confusing, in that when you try and adjust the setting, it is hard to discern if it is displaying the room temp or the degree that you are trying to obtain; the instruction book offers minimal info, and only seems to make it more confusing. All-in-all, I do recommend the LG.

What's great about it: Relatively quiet. Cools well. The controls on unit & remote are straight forward
What's not so great: The vagueness of digital thermostat, and whether it is indicating room temperature or setting is confusing,
