A young woman wakes up after a terrible accident to find that she's locked in a cellar with a doomsday prepper, who insists that he saved her life and that the world outside is uninhabitable following an apocalyptic catastrophe. The story of a loving father who dons a clown outfit and makeup to perform at his son's sixth birthday, only to later discover that the costume - red nose and wig included- will not come off and his own personality changing in a horrific fashion.
