Dryer hookup was a JOKE...

The tech's that delivered the washer and dryer were ok to a point.... One of the men hooked up the WRONG and let me say it again WRONG dryer plug for my wall unit and just walked out... I had to go back to BB and get the CORRECT cable and hooked it up MYSELF.... NO HELP FROM BB THERE AT ALL............
