Trying To Figure It Out

Although this got great reviews, I am still trying to figure it out. When it doesn't understand my question I rephrase it and sometimes even then Alexa still can't answer. I have been reading about how to get the most out of Alexa but I'm actually still on the fence about whether or not I will keep it. Am I missing something? What is it that others see that I don't?

What does it cost a month for the service.
It doesn't cost anything. It's free but you have to have an Amazon account. If you have an Amazon Prime Membership ($99.00) you will be able to get much more out of Alexa than if you just have a basic membership. We have a basic membership but we are still able to stream music from Pandora, IHeartradio, our IPad and IPhone, get the news and weather. If you have Spotify you can stream music from them as well. There are a lot of things you can use Alexa for. Having a Prime Membership allows you to use more services.
