No they do not.

can this be used on an HP laptop?

want to play music on the laptop and use speakers to amplify it. Has windows 8.1. Thanks.
These can be used on any computer with a headphone or speaker ports.

Where is the power switch. They won't turn off

The knob on the front turns off my turning counter clockwise.

Do the speakers have Speaker Covers. I see some of the Pro Media 2.1 with and without Speaker Covers.
