While I love the Borderlands series as a FPS with its RPG elements, humor, etc, I have had constant issues with the PC game being unstable and constantly crashing.
While I had not too much of an issue with that and the check-point auto save system in previous entries, BL TPS frequently crashing really made it hard to enjoy. Obnoxious stuff like it crashing mid-mission not only making you lose your mission progress, but at times forcing you to go all the way back to the other side of a level.
The crashes are random, making hard to progress and fully enjoy the game when you are rushing through parts in hope to get past them before it crashes.
I wouldn't recommend the PC version until Gearbox actually fixes these issues.
