I have a smart TV (panasonic VT60), surround sound, Netflix and a PS4 mapped to this remote. Each activities button works well enough on its own; it won't control the PS4 but will set the correct input and audio. The problem comes when accessing apps on the TV. I run Netflix through the TV and it will only load 1 out of 3 times correctly as an 'activity'. Additionally, when other apps are selected, web browser or YouTube, the buttons don't provide the same functionality as the parent remote. I've tried using the device menu and then an activity.
For example when watching tv and moving to YouTube the back or replay button doesn't work. It will if I select device but then the scrolling buttons and play buttons don't work correctly.
I can manage it but it frustrates the life out of my wife and kids.
Id only recommend to someone without smart TV functionality. My next plan is to move Netflix to the PS4 and map an activity for YouTube using the learn feature. It didn't work within the activity of Netflix.
