Maybe we got a defective dryer or we are using the wrong setting but it's taking 2 hours for sheets and a small blanket and towel to dry. And that basically with every load, no matter what setting or the load in the dryer. Thinking about sending back to bestbuy along with the washer!

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

I thought I would love this washer but I don't! Yes it's big but I don't feel like my clothes are getting clean with dropping in a tide pod. There's no steam with this washer. The timer will say one thing and when you start it, the time increases. Not to happy with Samsung appliances.

I bought it and didn't get the warranty, like an idiot! We just bought a house and were fixing it up so it stayed in the box for a few weeks. When we got it out of the box and watched it, it was fine. It stopped working after 5 hours! The black light, I believe, went out out and now we have to wait 10 business days for vizio to replace it. Warning...don't buy!
