Good looking dryer with lots of options

This dryer purchase represented a major upgrade for our family as our previous dryer was 12 years old. Already we are very pleased with this dryer. The many options and steam function allow us to customize the drying experience and the large size means we don't have to worry about not fitting all of the wet clothes in the dryer or them not getting dry. Also, it is a lot more energy efficient than our previous dryer was which I expected but not to this level. My electric provider provides an app where I can see my kilowatt hour usage on the previous day and while I can tell those hours where the dryer was running it is using about a third, if not more, less energy than the old dryer which is a big improvement in my mind.

These were a required purchase as part of getting free installation on our washer purchase or probably would not have bought them. Still, they look to be of good quality and will probably last a long time so not too bothered that they were a required purchase.

Almost too rigid to be usable

This was a required purchase as part of getting free installation with our dryer purchase or I would have skipped it. In the end it was removed after the installers left as it was not flexible enough for our installation. Would come loose from the wall with little to no effort. Gave it away to the person who got our old dryer and it worked well for her. The elbow connections though are nice and handy which almost makes it worthwhile.

This dryer cord is required for successful hook-up of your new appliance. Our delivery personnel will determine whether a 3- or 4-prong cord is needed based on the outlet behind your existing dryer.

Simple, basic power cord

Nothing fancy or special about this power cord so can't say too much. Was required if we wanted the free installation or I would have used the existing cord we already owned. Upside is that when you buy as part of the installation they will bring one of each type cord and install the correct one.

Good looking washer with lots of options

This washer represented a massive upgrade for our family in terms of size, options, and technology and so far it has been a great investment for us. The large capacity means that we are able to wash more clothes at once meaning fewer loads and more time saved. This was my first experience with a high efficiency washer and the first time I watched it go thru the cycle I thought there was no way this could get clothes clean but it does an excellent job.
