I came in to try to get my 7 year old router fixed, but after discussing the latest router technology with Tiffany I decided to upgrade. She was very helpful. The router was extremely easy to install. My previous router was also Netgear. I have been very satisfied with Netgear products.

Best USB cable I have ever used. The blue lights are on while it is charging. When the blue lights go out the device is fully charged. It might be distracting if you have it charging in your bedroom at night, the moving blue lights are bright in a completely dark room.
