If you have a lot of music, movies, etc that were purchased from iTunes, then this will be perfect for you. I got this specifically for HBO Now which, from what I understand, will become available to other platforms eventually. HBO Now is basically just HBO Go but is standalone. You still won't have access to live programming, such as boxing, etc. Going back to the Apple TV, it works well as far as casting videos from your phone. The iPhone/iPad mirroring has a very slight lag so it's not recommended for playing games that require quick instinctive responses.

This device worked well for me. The software it came with was pretty straightforward. You do have to run a scan on the first setup. It comes with an antenna but it wasn't strong enough in my case. I had to purchase a separate indoor antenna. Once I had both setup, everything worked really well. I was getting 720p. This would probably work best if you use it with another program like Windows Media Center (if you have windows 7) or Media Portal. Definitely a great tool for cord cutters

The biggest appeal of this waffle maker is the removable and dishwasher safe grids. Beyond that, it's pretty mediocre. The toasting is fairly consistent although it seems like the lower browning controls don't really do a good job of toasting so you'll most likely only use the highest control. Our biggest problem is that it can be uncomfortable to use it as a lefty.

I love my Pebble Steel. While it doesn't have the features of the other smartwatches (camera, phone, touch screen), it performs very well as a watch. It's very sleek and stylish. There's an endless supply of watchfaces, you can monitor your activities and sleep, you can control you phone's music and camera, you get notifications. My only gripe is that the strap brace is very unique and it limits your ability to purchase more watch straps without having to modify them or purchase a separate connector. All in all, I'm very happy with this.

I don't play a lot of video games but this is one classic I had to get. I'm part of the Street Fighter 2 generation and I like that they maintained the good features of the original. There's a lot of new finishing moves now. And it was quite challenging when I first started. The "Arcade Edition" added Evil Ryu that's why I got this instead of the other.

I use this for the masters bedroom for our TV, DVD player, and Roku. You can customize this even down to very specific activities. For example, I have a "watch Netflix" activity wherein all I have to do is press 1 button and it will do the following: turn on the TV, set input to Roku, click directional buttons a few times to navigate to Netflix, then navigate to my playlist. I have another button that does the same for Pandora.

Must-have for a smart home

The set up was quick and easy and also gets quite exciting when you realize the capabilities of this little device. I use this for my LG smart TV, DirecTV Genie, Roku, DVD player, and Sonus Playbar. I generally use the remote control it came with and rarely use the iPhone app.
One of our primary reasons for getting this was its use of radio frequency instead of infrared. This allowed us to hide our players (DirecTv genie, DVD player, etc.) and the remote can communicate with them even behind closet doors. The hub doesn't even have to be in front of the players. I have ours placed on top of the Genie and it still works great.
For the DirecTV Genie, I was able to add a slow-motion button that the original remote doesn't even come with.
There are some things that can be quite tricky though. First, because the smart feature of our LG TV operates independent of the current TV input, if you want to switch activities from Smart TV to DirecTV, you have to make sure to exit out of Smart TV first - as opposed to simply pressing the DirecTV activity button.
Another annoying situation (which is not the remote's fault) is that the amount of time the TV turns on from shutdown varies. So when you have a customized activity that automates pressing the directional buttons a few times, you have to make sure to have the appropriate amount of delay time. Otherwise, the activity may start even before the TV is completely on.
All in all though, it is a very good device to have.

Does it know what devices are already on?
Does this remote remember what devices are already on? For example, if I am watching TV and I decide to play my Xbox One (and hit the Xbox or Gaming Programmed Activity) does it realize the TV is already on and just change the input or will it run the command to turn the TV on, which turns the TV off?
Yes, it already knows that the TV is on. So at that point, all it will do is switch the input.

is it possible for the harmony 650 to be used with RF (control through the wall)?
No. This model uses infrared. The higher models (Harmony Smart) uses RF so you should look into those models.

Does this remote have hidden component rf frequency capability?
No. This remote uses infrared. The higher models of Logitech Harmony uses radio frequency where devices hidden behind cabinets can still be reached and controlled - if that's what you mean by "hidden component." This model does not have that feature.
