Hi, what is the noise level? My understanding is 50dc and below is best (may say in manual). Regardless, would you say this is, or is not- on the quiet end of the spectrum? Thanks Much-
Compared to previously owned units, this one is on the lower end of the spectrum with regard to noise output. The low-speed fan is quite tolerable (you can carry on a conversation in the same room as the unit) High-speed fan is a bit noisy but no worse than others I've owned.

How can i adjust the balance so the machine does not go off balance every wash cycle?
Every wash cycle the machine goes off balance during the spin cycle! We've only had this for less than a year. Can you help?
I've had mine for about a year now and on the odd occasion the load will go off balance but usually corrects this condition on its own. It is, however, very rare. When I fill the washer with laundry, I simply load more towards the outer portion of the tub and never exceed the 3/4 recommended load limit. Perhaps run the set up cycle after checking the level of the unit. If this was not done on installation this may be your problem. If not, I would schedule a service call as this machine should not be causing this problem.
