If my tv is not Dolby Atmos compatible am I able to still just use two high speed hdmi cables to connect my PS4 to the soundbar to get Dolby Atmos to play on a movie that has Dolby Atmos?? Or does that only work with an Xbox one?

I just bought a 65"Oled B7. The way I understand ARC only some TVs support 5.1 when connected via ARC and to pass thru ATMOS sound ARC is required. I want to use HDMI for most sources. It seems limited.
