They just left it and never hooked up to the machine as they wouldn't hook up to faucets. Only the cold water faucet had an issue ... no handle ..

They wouldn't hook up the hoses due to a cold water faucet handle being off. I hired a plumber to do that. BUT it seems that they did NOT do any balancing of the machine as it now won't spin and is totally off balance. Have contacted them but haven't heard back yet.
