Definitely not an experience like the first film

The first Independence Day movie was a breakthrough with a bit of corny dialogue but some state-of-the-art Special Effects. I saw it in the theater. This one, watched in my home theater, was sadly not the same. They took the original storyline, made the spaceships bigger, added even more corny dialogue, and called it done. 2 hours I'll never get back. Definitely should have rented it before buying it. Thankfully it was bought during Black Friday so I didn't pay full price. Hollywood has run out of new ideas!

OK Family Film but weak story and development.

We've liked the Ice Age series over the years. This would be ranked near the bottom of the list, IMO. It seemed like they decided to make a new Ice Age movie. Throw in the standard characters, provide some weak interactions and drama, and then mix in a bunch of scenes of Scratch hunting the acorn. Even the animation was not as nicely done as film past. Fun every now and again but will mostly sit on our shelf.

Works well. Great upgrade over my dated Radio Shack unit. The volume seems a little low, though not sure if the issue is with the unit or the source. But given what I've seen I'd recommend this to others.
