Disney needs a little more focus in order to fully realize this concept. The idea is fantastic....but we need MORE. Perhaps the characters could open up story mode/adventures for each rather than just the mini games and themes. I know that Minecraft-esque games are popular and kids love to build, but it'd be nice to see a little more depth for a set like this. Kids like it, boring for me...

There isn't much to say here. This has a fantastic likeness to Angelina Jolie and it's a great addition to your collection. It's not all that "fun" per say, but if you have Sleeping Beauty fans in your house, this is a must have!

Great remote for the money

I own 4 650's and a Harmony One. My 'One' has been dying on me for about 2 years, so I had to replace it. I chose this simply because I didn't want to shell out $200+ for the similar replacements out there. I'm GLAD I stuck with this. It responds much faster than the One did and the rechargeable batteries are a plus...especially since they're both removable, and standard batteries (AA) not cell phone type batteries. A great, inexpensive choice! Works great with Xbox ONE too!

It's not always the biggest, brawniest guy that ends up winning. Captain Toad may be small and he may not be able to jump very high or run fast, but what he lacks in sheer strength and size he more than makes up for in intelligence and perception. It's about time!

Well, Toad was long overdue for his own game. I had heard that this would be a hard game but I'm not seeing that just yet. It's interesting because it's more puzzles and it requires some thinking (and timing) but it's a welcome departure from the Mario series. The theme is fun too....great one!

Cool for now, too soon to know for sure

Well, in my opinion there are no characters as cool as Link. Though this is a more modern impression of Link, it's at least not the Wind Waker cartoon version. I would have liked to have seen the classic NES version, but it may not have translated to 3D very well. Great addition to Mario Kart....but what will this do in the new Zelda game....looking forward to finding out!

Something is missing...

Yoshi is a classic character now, but this figurine is missing something. What do we know Yoshi for? His appetite! An apple or an egg would have made this even more fun. Still, it gets the job done and it's a part of the collection you can't really miss.

More value as a collectible for many

Short and simple: Nintendo didn't invent the NFC technology, nor were they the 1st to use them in video game hardware...but they've changed things a bit with Amiibo. Unlike Skylanders, you can use these same characters in DIFFERENT games, not just 1, or even 1 type. There is a lot of potential here. Pikachu is now a legend for many kids that grew up with Pokemon. Not much of a figher, but it's a pretty neat addition to the Amiibo collection.

A great new way to introduce characters

The princess is a legacy NES character that my kids love and it's very nice to have some that are girl-friendly. While she's not much of a fighter, it's a neat addition to Mario Kart. I can't wait to see what other games allow these to function....very cool!

Great price ($10 on special), small footprint and a simple installation. Overall sound quality is good, though as you'd expect with small speakers, there is very little bass response and the loudness is less than I hoped for, but nonetheless good for most applications and needs.

i am trying to locate an mmc memory card, anyone know where i can get one?
MMC and SD cards are "almost" completely interchangeable. Though older devices may have a limit to the size that can be recognized (i.e. over 2GB) you should be able to try an SD card in place of MMC.
