The full surround sound is great, it was worth dealing with the unclear hookup directions to get right.
Rear speakers have 15' cables, which should be enough for a small room; the standard RCA audio jacks allow using extension cables to work with your room.

A friend of mine gave me the subwoofer only. Can I connect any speakers to it? I know that the speaker with the volume and power takes a special plug. Adapter maybe? Please help. Just want a good sounding system without putting too much $.
