can you tell me by order which is the best speed for a laptop when somebody wants to buy one?
Chip speed isn't that important as is internet speed. Think about it most things are done on the internet. Even then RAM is more important as I see it. So get a decent chip speed Pentium i5 or so with as much RAM as possible and high seed internet.
