What a S-L-O-W USB 3.0 drive!

Even though this is a USB 3.0 drive, at times it copies even SLOWER than a 2TB USB 2.0 drive that I have.
I cannot tell if it is my computer's USB 3.0 that is messed up, but I don't have any other USB 3.0 machine.
Also the WD software tools absolutely stink! It could not even finish a pared down backup list as a test. I could not partition this drive via Windows 7 Computer Management. Also needed to use the WD tools.
