With my new HP PhotoSmart 7520 all-in-one printer, the Netgear Wi-Fi adapter was not needed although my PC was not wireless. I'd recommend anyone purchasing the printer ask if Wi-Fi adapter is needed before making purchase. I'm sure it works great if it is needed. Best Buy will refund unopened package if necessary and gladly refunded my money after I found I didn't need this product. Love Best Buy!
