Sansa Clips are great and I purchased two when Best Buy ran a "daily special" for refurbished ones. I figured if Best Buy sold them, they would still be warrantied by SanDisk and Best Buy. Their web site didn't say there was any difference from new products. I didn't try one of the Sansa Clips until I'd had it for a month. The volume control didn't work and I contacted SanDisk. They said they don't warranty refurbished products. I contacted Best Buy and they only warranty refurbished products for 30 days. I've owned 6 Sansa Clips and I love the size and simplicity of their use but three have had problems but SanDisk quickly replaced them. Buy a Sansa Clip but don't buy refurbished.
What's great about it: features, sound and size
What's not so great: no warranty on refurbished items
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great camera but package incomplete

The 7D is a great camera with terrific flexibility in AF modes for sports photography. There are also some good online videos at Canon on configuring custom functions. I bought the package at Best Buy with the 28-135 lens. The package doesn't come with a camera body cap or a rear lens cap. I would have expected those to have been included.
What's great about it: Flexibility in AF modes.
What's not so great: Incomplete package
I would recommend this to a friend!
