Cord shorted out after 6 months

Ear buds sounded great but the cord shorted out to the right ear bud after 6 months use. Wish I could find a durable pair of ear buds that hold up.

Have had 2 months now. Solid, simple, easy to install if you carefully measure and follow the directions. Works great for all we need! Looks nice! The blue clock light is a little too bright however. Wish we could adjust that down. Otherwise a great unit for the price.

Do I change my network to the eero Network on my smart devices or leave them on my Xfinity Network?
If you have the Eero set up correctly, you should no longer be seeing your Xfinity network as that should be turned off now. Or do you mean you're connecting to your Xfinity hot spot? (A public wifi access point that Xfinity provides for its customers.) You definitely don't want to be using that as it will be much slower and unreliable, as well as it's a public wifi network so less secure. Definitely connect all your devices to your new Eero network for best performance.
