Those who started with the NES original will feel the rush of excitement in exploring a vast open world any way you want. Feels like where Zelda was meant to go all along. As far as gameplay goes, this reboot of the classic first person shooter gets everything right. It's fast paced, punchy, gory, and tense. The story takes a backseat, but that's sort of expected. Demons run amok, go kill them. That's all you need to know. I didn't try multiplayer, heard it wasn't anything to write home about, but that doesn't make much of a difference to me. If you're looking for strong single player action that hearkens back to the original's heyday, this is your game.

With (slightly) improved visuals, faster loading times and all DLC (and mods if you're into that), this is definitely the version you should play if it's your first time. It's also totally worth jumping back in for veterans of the game. You'll find a hundred hours (or maybe two) have passed before you know it.

The Tomb Raider reboot last generation was a great game, but felt derivative of the Uncharted series (without the humor)--despite Uncharted itself being inspired partly by the original TR series. Rise of the Tomb Raider does better in standing on its own feet and, while it still takes itself a little too seriously, makes for a super fun experience. I find myself having a blast with the gunplay and retreading old areas to find every artifact, document, and coin cache I can. The story is fairly well told, though the developers have nothing on the chops of Naughty Dog as far as writing and dialogue goes.
It may seem like I'm nitpicking, because I kind of am. Overall it's a great game, worth the asking price (especially considering all the extra content and great packaging included for PS4 owners...the digibook 20 year anniversary package is very good.) Enjoyed it a lot so far.

For many Resident Evil fans, 5 is where the series took a dive from being a cult favorite campy horror game (RE 1 thru 3) and one of the best games ever made (RE 4) to some kind of action/horror hybrid monster. And while RE5 certainly lets go of the feelings of helplessness and horror by focusing too much on action and corny dialogue, it's not without it's merits. It's still fun and looks great, and you can still appreciate what's left of the classic RE formula. We won't talk about the disaster that was RE6, but this one is definitely with the low price, especially with the included DLC.

I would argue Norma Jean are pretty much the premiere metalcore band. Corey has led the ever changing group through several masterpieces already, with Polar Similar adding to their excellent catalog. I wouldn't necessarily expect something super ground breaking, but the band has a knack for nailing every piece of the song with passionate energy. If you have enjoyed most or all of the band's music thus far in their career, there's nothing to disappoint you here.

Don't expect an Oscar-worthy story...it's basic (Demons on Mars because of evil corporation, kill demons) but all you need to get blowing things up. Super fast frame rate and frenetic action. Plenty of hard hitting gore and good shooting mechanics. Great job bringing the classic doom experience (and not much else) to a new audience.

In reference to the stand, is the wider part in front of the round connection going to be in the front or back of the TV?
Front. Make sure you follow the instructions when assembling the stand, at first I did the steps out of order and it did not function properly. After doing it the correct way it's worked like it should.
