When I ordered the cards (2), they weren’t scanned before they were shipped out. They were a present for our grandson and he tried multiple times to get them to work. I sent him a link to a website where you can input the card numbers to activate them and he couldn’t get them to work. I tried getting them activated and couldn’t get them to work, either. Finally I called Best Buy and they checked the card numbers and told us they were never scanned before shipping. They put the credit back to our charge card and we ended up just going to Walmart to by them because the nearest Best Buy is about an hour away. The cards would have been fine but not Best Buy’s shipping process.
