I went in to purchase an oven that was on sale. The store didn't have the model I wanted in stock due to it being about to be discontinued. The associate tried to up sell me to the more expensive model which I did not want!! They were never able to locate the item that I wanted & finally agreed to sell the floor model Upon loading the floor model into my truck they broke off 2 feet & never offered to contact the manufacturer to order new ones Upon getting the oven home, it was NOT cleaned & didn't even have the correct owners manual!!! I went to a different Best Buy location the next day for an owners manaul & had to say "excuse me" to the first associate 3 times before he got off his phone before being helped about the manual problem. He needed to get a manager for appliances. The manager then proceeded to tell me that "his job ended the minute that I walked out of the store with the product & that I would need to pay for an owners manaul" This is probably hands down the worst customer service experience I've ever had with Best Buy & will have to very very very carefully consider purchasing with them again!!!!!!!
