Do upgrades to firmware of this modem have to be done by Comcast?
Do upgrades to firmware of this modem have to be done by Comcast (i.e., the cable network) or can the owner upgrade the firmware?
The firmware update is typically done by your internet service provider (ISP). So in your case it would be Comcast.
