Does free shipping includes washing machine hook up and free haul away of old machine?

For me it included the hookup and haul away of the old washer. The condition was that I had to purchase the hose with it. Best buy does not install if you do not purchase the hoses with the washer.

I HAVE A SONY DCR-TRV-280 NTSC DIGITAL 8 HANDYCAM, I HAVE VISTA ON MY COMPUTER THATS 32 BITS. I CAN'T FIND THE SOFTWARE ANYWHERE TO BE ABLE TO GET TTHE VIDEO ON THE COMPUTER TO COPY ON TO A CD?
Google it and type in the model number and it is there. You can also request a copy from Sony directly. I did when I had lost my cd, they sent it to me.
