Really no problems with this device. It was easy to use and I was able to charge my phone and laptop while traveling in Germany. I chose this model over another one that had several interchangeable pieces that made use in different countries possible. Knowing me I would probably lose the loose parts in a matter of weeks. The only real drawbacks were 1) you can only charge one device at a time and 2) it seemed like it took a longer time than usual to charge the phone especially.

LOVE this new washer. No more wasted water, it knows how much to add based on the weight? of the laundry. Not sure how it does it, but somehow gauges how big of a load you've got. Very quiet and I love the music it makes when you turn it on! Took a little bit getting used to the door lock, but now it makes sense and is easy enough to open once the cycle has started if needed. Also took a little getting used to how large the drum is, my short arms cannot reach across to get wet clothes from other side, I need to spin the drum to get some things out, no real biggie.

The installation for our new dishwasher was easy to schedule and the servicemen were both very nice, neat and quick. I also want to mention that it was a good thing they had an extra hookup kit on their truck. I purchased the dishwasher and kit online and at no point was I reminded to remind the driver or installation guys to make sure they had it...in other words I assumed it would be automatically taken care of. The install guys saved the day!

I purchased this dishwasher with the stainless interior. It is SO quiet when it runs, not that the old one was very loud, but the Whirlpool is super quiet! I have only run it three times and I'm still trying to figure out the best way to load the dishes and flatware. The flatware caddy can be moved to several locations, including attaching to the inside of the door. The only negative I can complain about is that the entire cavity seems to be set lower in the machine than my old dishwasher. So bending down is now an extra few inches. If you are doing custom cabinets and are able to, I would recommend raising the cabinetry for the dishwasher to eliminate bending over so deep.

I purchased this microwave oven with the convection feature. With it's middle rack in place, this oven easily does the job of my full-size range. Although it's too new and I haven't had to use it, I know this oven is going to come in very handy when preparing holiday and special occasion meals for a large crowd. I also like the updated design and quiet operation.

Does the stainless steel leave finger prints or does it have that coating that prevents them ?
Hi Mike, I don't think the Whirlpool appliances have that. I have a brand new Whirlpool stainless microwave with convection and it definitely shows every smudge. But the rest of my new appliances are White Ice (white , or black=Black Ice, with stainless handles). Updated looking appliances with just a touch of stainless, no worries about smudging! Bonus, Black and White Ice fridge is magnetic, stainless appliances are not :-) Hope this helps.

Will this look okay with Black Ice?
I have a Black Ice fridge and was planning to replace all of my appliances with that color, but the microwave with convection feature doesn't seem to be offered in that color. Would it look odd to use this with everything else in the Black Ice color? I can't decide what to do. Has anybody mixed the colors?
I actually paired this microwave with White Ice appliances. Everything is installed now and I'm Ok with the combination, I think the stainless would probable pair better with the black appliances because it is black on the sides and has a black frame around the interior of the window. I purchased the stainless microwave as an open-box item and SAVED $260 vs. buying it in White Ice. If it were closer in price I would have sprung for the White Ice, but like I said, I think the stainless would work a lot better with the black appliances. Hope that helps!
