Great upgrade from the originals.... but that hiss

I bought a pair of these for my wife and she uses hers faithfully so i decided to get myself a pair. the sound quality is good at medium to high volumes, but at low volumes or the NC is activated there is an annoying hiss. never got this from the original ones, but i do like the fact that i don't have to have a brick of batteries on hand.

If you were to break it down, the price for this headset is not that bad. But it could be a few decibels louder. Especially if you are a FPS player like myself. Overall, i'm satisfied
