I wanted a different dryer (lg 4270), but this is the only one I could get. I've used this a few times, incl the "steam fresh" cycle. It's pretty awesome so far. No issues such as somewhat dry clothes, or damp clothes (after steaming).

I've used it 2Xs since it's install. It's amazing!! It's a lot of maintenance tho ( wipe the door, wipe the plastic, keep the door open to air dry, take out the lint etc.). I wish it told me ahead of time how long certain cycles would take tho... who knew the "sanitary" cycle would be 1 hr 30 mins. Jeez!!

They were the movers/drivers

I thought I was getting professional people, but they were the mover/drivers. The 2nd group that came installed the plug wrong for my dryer AND they reversed the hot/cold hoses on my washer. The 3rd & 4th group fixed the errors. However, Best buy said that the "professionals" (Group 4) would make sure my washer was level and do a test run on my appliances.... NOTHING. They just plugged things in, more or less moved them into my closet & left. I had to finish moving these myself b/c they weren't fully in my closet, and it's abt 300lbs total; mind you, I only weigh abt 100 lbs. Granted they were nice people, but they didn't do what best buy's site said they would. And I did read somewhere that THEY should install things for you so if anything happens, they're liable... so i'll have to recommend this.

What dryer vent kit goes with this unit? I have a side hookup dryer vent in my laundry room however, the sales person at BB ordered SKU# 9282812.
I bought this one from Amazon: LG Electronics 3911EZ9131X. Easy to install, and works so far. I have had my dryer for about a week now.
